Welcome to Therapy with Rosie, a Psychotherapy practise built on years of experience working in mental health, including 13 years in eating disorders. For those aged 16+, I provide a safe and confidential space to help you understand and explore your difficulties, work toward your goals or simply to offer a empathetic, non judgemental listening ear. My approach is integrative which means that I employ knowledge and experience of a range of counselling theories, which you can read more about here. I'm passionate about working collaboratively and would love to see how we can work together to get you where you want to be.
Meet Rosie
Integrative Psychotherapist
B.A (Hons), MSc, Reg MBACP (Accred)
Training as a therapist was part of my plan since the age of 15, and initially lead to studying an undergraduate in Creative Expressive Therapies. However, it was later on through my own personal experience of therapy that I chose to train in integrative counselling and psychotherapy.

I believe everyone can benefit from therapy at some time in their lives, and we don't need to wait until things get 'bad enough'. Some of the times I made the most progress were when I was simply curious about a part of myself and wanted to learn more.
